致桂林航天工业学院全体留学生的一封信

全体桂航留学生： 

你们好！

新冠肺炎正在全球蔓延，在这个特殊时期，学校向你们表达最诚挚的慰问！学校始终把同学们的健康安全作为重要的关切！

无论你现在是留校、回国或是在外旅行，希望同学们注意个人卫生，提高自身防范意识，正确佩戴口罩，远离人员密集场所，最大限度降低感染风险。

为了确保同学们的健康安全，根据疫情防控工作的需要，请已经离开中国的同学们在未收到学校开学通知之前，暂时不要返校，在疫情得到控制后，我们会及时通知你们返校；在外旅行的同学要严格遵守旅行所在地政府的疫情防控要求，配合当地做好疫情防护；在校内住宿的同学们，一定要严格按照学校疫情防控工作要求，做好个人安全防护。同时，为了不耽误同学们的学业，学校已经开展了网上授课，请同学们积极参与教学，学校会为你们提供必要的帮助。

尧山上的杜鹃花已绽放，菁菁校园已春意盎然，我们坚信疫情终将过去，希望就在眼前，期待我们很快在桂航相聚。祝同学们健康、平安！

A letter to International Students 

of 

Guilin University of Aerospace Technology (GUAT)

Dear International Students,

COVID-19 is spreading internationally. At this special time GUAT extends sincere greetings to you. Your health and safety are the prioritized concern of the University.

Staying inside the campus, going back to your country or travelling outside, no matter where you are now, please keep personal hygiene, improve self-awareness of protection, wear facial masks correctly and avoid visiting crowded places in order to lower the risk of infection in a optimal way.

To ensure your health and safety and to implement COVID-19 control measures, the students who have left China are not allowed to go back to the University before you receive the announcement of the start of the spring semester. You will be informed formally and instantly of returning to the campus as long as the epidemic is being under control. If you are travelling outside, please follow the local government's requirements strictly and cooperate with them to apply the prevention measures. For the students who are staying inside the campus, please take good care of yourselves with the guide and instruction of epidemic control and prevention issued by the university. You are advised to have the on-line courses following your program tutors’ requirements to avoid delaying your study. The university will also provide necessary assistance for your study and learning.

Yao Mountain flames with Azalea blossom, the campus is dynamically filled with the symbols of spring. We firmly believe that the epidemic will fade away and that hope will return. We are looking forward to meeting all of you on the campus soon.
